This policy covers an internal automation tool built and operated by Made by Cre8tives for its own team. It is not a public product; it operates only for Made by Cre8tives' own team members.

What it connects to

This tool uses Google's APIs, under the Google Workspace account madebycr8tivs@gmail.com, to:

• Send and read email (Gmail) — to send the team a daily summary and, where explicitly registered, capture replies to specific outbound threads.
• Read and write Calendar events — to manage shared team scheduling.
• Read and write Google Sheets and Docs — to reference and update shared team documents.
• Manage Gmail filters and labels (Gmail settings) — to route specific inbound mail to a review queue.

What it does with team communication data

Messages from Made by Cre8tives' own team messaging channels are processed by an AI model to extract decisions and tasks, then written to a private team task-management system and a private internal document store. This processing is for the team's own operational use — planning events, tracking tasks, and keeping records — and is not shared with, sold to, or used to train models for any third party.

Who can access this data

Only Made by Cre8tives team members and the person operating this tool. No data collected by this tool is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Data retention

Team communication summaries and task records are retained as part of Made by Cre8tives' own internal operational records, for as long as the team finds them useful. A team member may request review or removal of their own data by contacting the address below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

This tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
